This charter was developed on the basis of the laws “On Education” and “On the National Training Program” adopted on August 29, 1997, Presidential Decree “On the Further Development of Computerization and Introduction of Information and Communication Technologies” No.UP-3080 of May 30, 2002, Resolutions Cabinet of Ministers "On measures for the further development of computerization and the introduction of information and communication technologies" No. 200 dated 06.06.2002. and “On the organization of activities of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies” No. 385 dated November 7, 2002, Presidential Decree No. PP-91 dated April 2, 2005, “On Improving the System of Personnel Training in the Field of Information Technologies”.
